Hi, I'm Jen!

I’m a clinical Pilates practitioner and master Oov instructor. My online classes will mobilise, lengthen and strengthen your body, leaving you energised, mindfully connected and ready to face your day.

Women of all ages need to move, but women over 40 absolutely need to move. It may literally save your life.


I offer 8 live online classes a month, including pilates, Oov and Resistance Training. Members can sign up for as many classes as they want and can also access classes from my on-demand library. Non-members can purchase classes individually.
