This class is for those that would like to start a Pilates and Resistance Training Practice. If you would like to access recordings of your class you need to become a site member first, there is no cost for this! These classes are suitable for everyone (see terms and conditions) without injury. You will need weights of your choice for Resistance training - recommended 2 x 5 kg/3kg and a Mat for both. Please arrive to class on time as late comers will not get access to the class!
