1 Large Onion
2 Garlic Cloves
1 Large Potato
1 Large Cauliflower
Veg Stock or Bone Broth
Nutritional Yeast - 2 spoons or to taste
Miso Paste - White - 2 spoons or to taste
Milk or Cream - add in to desired consistency
Chop and simmer all ingredients, when veg is cooked, pop into a blender and then add your nutritional yeast, miso and milk...delicious!
For extra protein add some lentils perhaps or chopped turkey bacon.
